By booking an appointment with me, you sign off on all my policies. Please read thoroughly.

EXTRA GUESTS, CHILDREN AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO EXCEPTIONS.

This allows me to give you my full undivided attention while giving you a peaceful environment, free from distractions.

PLEASE SELECT ALL SERVICES NEEDED WHEN BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.

If you do not book all services needed, it will not book for adequate timing.

IF YOU NEED ANY ADD ONS/ EXTRAS PLEASE SELECT ALL SERVICES ( i.e soak offs, add tips to dip, alternative shaping, nail art).

I WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO SERVICE WHAT YOU BOOK.

After hours appointments are available for an additional $30 fee.

PLEASE DO NOT COME IN SICK.

All Nail sets are guaranteed up to 7 days. Any breaks or repairs will be charged after 7 days.

Deposits/ Cancellations / No Shows

Respect Policy:

Kindness goes a long way. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Kollective Creative reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Deposit Requirement:

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Rescheduling Policy:

Rescheduling can be done once within seven days of the original booking. The deposit will be transferable to the new appointment. Deposits will be transferable one time only. Any subsequent rescheduling requires a new deposit.

No calls/No Shows:

No calls/ no shows will be charged 100% of the service booked

to the card on file. Fee must be fully paid before you’re able to book again.

Late Policy:

Late appointments will affect the other clients scheduled. Therefore appointments will be canceled after 20 minutes of tardiness/no-show and deposits are nonrefundable.

Services may have to be altered due to loss of time.

Please respect my time, as I value yours equally!

This allows me the flexibility to get someone else taken care of and fill in any schedule gaps.
